Access model

The platform keeps a limited public surface, marketing, packages, support, legal, docs, and authentication, so anyone can understand the product before committing. Surfaces such as the analytical map, vault, and account console require an authenticated session. Consumer sign-in is the path for individual decision-makers; partner experiences use independent authentication after onboarding; institutional engagements follow their own agreements. That separation is part of product strength: visitors learn freely, while decisions and stored reports live behind an account that can own them.

Payments

Checkout runs through a hosted payment gateway. Refunds apply only to the exceptional cases stated in the terms: a technical failure without a report or a verified erroneous charge.

Data & privacy

Your reports are managed inside the account and vault after authentication. Voice and attach flows stay inside the product journey rather than spilling results onto public marketing surfaces. Full privacy policy lives at /privacy, and terms at /terms. This section does not replace those legal texts; it states the product principles that matter while you read the docs: limited public discovery, account-owned decisions, and clear commercial payment rules.
